ITS WINDY!!!
i know this cuz i just had to go pick up bill from soccer practice. to the dummy that chose the practice to be outside when the school has not only one but two perfectly good gyms - "what were you thinking?!" it was a tad bit cold to start with so the wind chill wasn't very pleasant for the time i was there... i shudder to think of what cold the practicers went through! i braved the cold though, and stayed out there thirteen minutes...

i don't plan on proving it again any time soon
